Insight App – Easily Categorize Trips for Drivers
When an account is created in the Insight platform and configured as a driver account, the employee will immediately see a trip registration overlay upon logging in. Here, they can easily indicate whether a trip was made for private, business, or commuting purposes.
The selected option is automatically saved in the system and applied to all trip records. If private use is selected, the locations of that trip - and all subsequent trips - remain hidden in the system until the mode is switched back to business.
The employee retains full insight into the total number of private kilometers driven and can easily review and categorize previous trips via the trip history.
